Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?
Once you place your order. It is final. Orders can not be changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address and double check. BRITE BABE SKINCARE will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
BRITE BABE SKINCARE will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect or incomplete provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any damaged, stolen or delayed packages during transit by USPS. BRITE BABE SKINCARE is not responsible for items once delivered to the address listed.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us at help@britebabeskincare.com with your inquiry.
NOTE: BRITE BABE SKINCARE is not responsible for order delays caused by your email filters preventing our emails from reaching you. We encourage you to please adjust your spam filter setting so that you can receive emails from our BRITE BABE SKINCARE email addresses. Also, please check your junk/spam folder.
How can I check the status of my order?
Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled within 3 business days, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
You can track your order via USPS directly at https://usps.com/tracking
Once tracking is received, it is between you and USPS to ensure the order package(s) arrive.
My package tracking shows no movement, what should I do?
Please send an email to help@britebabeskincare.com if your shipment shows no movement after 72 hours from the carriers tracking information.
Do you offer returns?
All Sales Are Final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please note there may be normal variation in the color, texture and aroma of our BRITE BABE SKINCARE products from batch to batch due to the nature of the product. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. BRITE BABE SKINCARE reserves the right to refuse all returns.
In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact us within 7 days from the date it was delivered. Requests received after this time frame is no longer eligible for review. Customer must provide us with multiple photos of the damaged product(s) and a picture/screenshot of your order confirmation email to help@britebabeskincare.com
NOTE: We are not able to offer a refund on unauthorized order package(s) returns. Order package(s) returned without authorization will be discarded.
I refused my delivery, where is my refund?
If an order package(s) is returned to BRITE BABE SKINCARE due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer or the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the outbound/return shipping cost and any additional delivery cost. We will refund the original payment method, less the original shipping fees which are non-refundable when the package(s) has been returned to us. We will issue store credit if your original payment method is not available. Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return.
My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 7 days from the date it was delivered, at help@britebabeskincare.com. Requests received after this time frame is no longer eligible for review. Customer must provide us with multiple photos of the damaged product(s) and a picture/screenshot of the order confirmation email to help@britebabeskincare.com
I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?
Please contact help@britebabeskincare.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, so that we can help you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item(s) you received.
Can I use a promo code after checkout?
Customers are required to use promo codes at checkout. If a promo code is not used at checkout, we are not able to redeem it after your order has been placed.

Although our powerful brightening soap is natural, please consult with a healthcare medical professional.
Does your brightening soap bleach skin?
No. Our powerful brightening soap does not contain the hydroquinone ingredient, which is a bleaching agent that can cause harmful side effects and long-term risks. Our brightening soap uses natural ingredients such as turmeric, lemon, kojic acid and glutathione to naturally brighten skin, fade dark spots, hyperpigmentation, acne scars, discoloration and even skin tone for a radiant glow.
