FREE Standard Shipping (United States) on merchandise orders over $40+ (please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping to receive your order). This promotion may change periodically.

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST. to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed
  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments
  • Processing and shipping times may be extended during pandemics, holidays, restocks, promotions, launches, limited releases and promotions.

·         BRITE BABE SKINCARE is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, pandemics, air/ground transportation, strike/delays or transfer from USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for any damaged, stolen or delayed packages during transit by USPS or UPS. BRITE BABE SKINCARE is not responsible for items once delivered to the address listed.

BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Packages undeliverable by USPS, FedEx and UPS will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on BriteBabeSkincare.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information.
